How I Work

The Chemistry Check is an introductory 30-minute conversation where we get to know one another, check whether we both agree that there's a great partnership ahead, and talk a little more about what coaching is.

I offer batches of between six and eight coaching sessions of 50-minutes each. I recommend we schedule them on a monthly basis and can do so either face-to-face, online or on the phone.

After the sixth or eighth session, we can agree whether we renew for another batch or continue on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises. Or, of course, decide to part ways for the time being as you head off into the sunset...
